The Rocket 2-in-1 Tamper & Levelling tool allows the barista to ensure their coffee extraction is done consistently and repeatedly. The profiled side of the tool distributes coffee grinds in the portafilter evenly before tamping with the reverse side. This results in proper extraction, prevents channelling, and ensures that espresso shots are more consistent and repeatable.
Designed to fit most 58mm portafilters.
