Shipping Policy

SHIPPING/DELIVERY UPDATE: 

We are migrating our residential and commercial delivering services to a new service that will allow us to meet your demands better. We will be offering guaranteed next-day delivery.
It will still be the fast and reliable delivery you are use to, but we will no longer be sending SMS notifications with a timeframe to your phone. You will be given a tracking number instead. 
 

DO YOU STILL OFFER LOCAL DELIVERY?

We no longer offer Internal Local Delivery as of September 11th, 2021. We offer next-day residential delivery from ICS Courier, and next-day commercial delivery from Purolator or UPS.

ICS Courier Next Day™ guarantees the arrival of your order the next business day after pickup. 

WHAT ARE THE DETAILS OF FREE SHIPPING?

We offer free shipping on all orders over $40 CAD. If you order on a Friday, please note that the chosen courier may be unable to ship on weekends or deliver on weekends.

WHAT IS THE POLICY ON SHIPPING DISCREPANCIES?

We have a three-step process to ensure that the orders are correct, and use shredded paper - as needed - to ensure that packages arrive safely.

Third-Party Logistic Services (Canada Post, ICS, UPS, Purolator)

  • Once the package leaves our warehouse, we are not responsible for packages that are delayed in transit, lost in transit, or packages that include liquids and are damaged in transit.
  • If an order has left the building OR a shipping label has been purchased, we cannot give a customer who visits in person their order.
  • In issues regarding to your delivery, please email us at orders@acecoffeeroasters.com.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Orders will be shipped Monday through Friday, depending on when it arrives in the shipping queue. Please allow up to 48-hours for your order to ship out.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes. Please note that we are not responsible for any taxes, duties, or brokerage fees on packages delivered outside of Canada.

CAN I SPLIT MY SHIPMENT IN DIFFERENT ADDRESSES?

We are not able to split orders between addresses. You would need to place separate orders if you wish to ship items to multiple locations.

I PLACED MY ORDER BUT ITS BEEN A WHILE?

Sometimes our inventory sells fasters than we can roast. Because we only like to ship the best coffee to our customers, your order may have been delayed a few days while we roast new coffee.

Packages sent through Third-Party Logistic Services are accompanied by a tracking number that can also be checked to determine where your package is located.
