This particular Ethiopian coffee is from Yirgacheffe - a region known for producing the brightest and complex coffees. Its a naturally processed coffee sorted at Samuel Gerbota washing station. It is a coffee with wonderful dark, ripe fruity aromas with peach, blueberry, and jasmine notes transferring into the cup.
