Register your product online at acaia.co/product-registration. E-mail them at support@acaia.co if you need any assistance. Acaia will contact you to determine the problem and see if it can be fixed quickly and easily.
The international reseller will provide the warranty, support, and service for products purchased outside the US. If you purchase a scale from a reseller outside of your country, you may be responsible for shipping costs and the repair service. The customer is also responsible for paying the freight charges and any duties of the replacement products that the original vendor or Acaia may send to you.
ACE Coffee Roasters Return & Exchange Policy
- Returns or exchanges on equipment items that are unopened/unused may be brought back to us. Please note that ACE Coffee Roaster cannot refund all shipping costs. All three (3) Conditions must be met:

- Original packaging in place
- The product has no signs of wear or use.
- The customer has a receipt.
- Or the customer knows the method of payment, order number or date of the visit so we can find the receipt.
- You can email us at orders@acecoffeeroasters.com, and we will determine the warranty coverage.
