We have developed new programs for home coffee enthusiasts from espresso, pour-over coffee, and Breville machines. Each of these programs offers both group and one-on-one classes, allowing our students to choose the learning format that best suits their needs.

Home Espresso Program

For someone new to coffee who wants to build a solid foundation.

We require no previous brewing experience, and you do not need a machine at home. We do recommend this program if you are new to owning a machine or considering purchasing one. All these classes will teach how to maximize its use.

For someone who recently purchased a Breville espresso machine or is considering purchasing one.

We require no previous brewing experience, and you do not need a machine at home. Breville’s semi-automatic machines make entry into the world of coffee easier. We recommend this program if you want to tie together making cafe-quality coffee at home with your brand-new Breville machine.

Home Filter Program

We recommend that anyone take this program regardless of their experience level.

Filter coffee requires no previous experience to be successful at it. It is a fantastic entry point to learn what kind of coffee you enjoy and what setup you can use. It features topics that transfer over to other areas of coffee, such as espresso and roasting.
