WHAT DOES EXPRESS OR STANDARD SHIPPING MEAN?
At ACE Coffee Roasters, we offer both Express Shipping and Standard Shipping options for your convenience.
Express Shipping
Express Shipping is our commitment to providing the quickest possible delivery times. We only use shipping services that offer an Estimated Transit Time of one (1) business day.

Free Express Shipping applies to orders over $60 CAD.

For orders between $40–$59.99 CAD, a flat rate of $5 CAD applies.

Transit times are estimated and may vary due to weather, courier delays, or holidays.
Please note:

Espresso machines do not qualify for free shipping or flat-rate Express Shipping.

Express Shipping is unavailable for orders shipped to Manitoba or east of Manitoba, Vancouver Island, or remote interior areas of British Columbia where FedEx or Purolator service is limited.
Standard Shipping
Standard Shipping is our more economical option, typically fulfilled by Canada Post or similar couriers. These services do not guarantee one-day delivery.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
We prioritize fast order processing and shipment.

Orders are prepared for pickup Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–2:00 PM.

We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

While we strive for same-day shipping, please allow up to 48 hours in the following circumstances:

High order volume

Illness or staffing delays

Poor road or weather conditions

Local Pickup Orders: Available Monday–Friday. Please allow up to 48 hours for preparation. Weekend pickups are not available.
WHAT IS THE POLICY ON SHIPPING DISCREPANCIES?
Once a package leaves our warehouse, we are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by third-party couriers (Canada Post, ICS, UPS, Purolator).
If an issue arises, please contact orders@acecoffeeroasters.com and we’ll assist by filing a report with the courier. Please note:

Orders that have shipped or had a label created cannot be released for in-person pickup.

Packages may include fragile or liquid items that require extra care during transit.
WHAT ARE THE DETAILS OF FREE SHIPPING?
We offer free shipping on orders over $60 CAD, with the exception of espresso machines.
Espresso machines are excluded from free or flat-rate shipping promotions due to their weight, size, and insurance requirements. Shipping costs for espresso machines will be calculated at checkout.
For orders between $40.00–$59.99 CAD, a $5 flat fee applies for Express Shipping.
If you place an order on a Friday, please note that couriers may not deliver on weekends.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we ship internationally. Taxes, duties, and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
For international orders over $65 CAD, we offer free international shipping — excluding espresso machines.
CAN I SPLIT MY ORDER INTO DIFFERENT ADDRESSES?
Unfortunately, we cannot split a single order into multiple addresses. Please place separate orders for different destinations.
I PLACED MY ORDER, BUT IT IS TAKING A WHILE.
Occasionally, coffee may sell faster than we can roast. Since our production follows a strict weekly schedule to ensure quality, your order may take a few extra days to process.
You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships. Delays can occur due to road conditions, parcel box limitations, or courier delays.
We label all packages with “Fragile,” “Do Not Freeze,” and “Liquids” as applicable to help ensure proper handling.
