The perfect gift for the coffee lover in your life.
We’ve sourced three incredible coffees- all from Colombia, each processed a different way. These coffees are wrapped beautifully in a custom ACE mailer and paired with something extra special: a custom-branded ACE Passionfruit White Chocolate, created in collaboration with JACEK Chocolates, an incredible local chocolatier. Each chocolate comes tucked into its own custom JACEK tote.
Due to the limited availability of both the coffees and chocolates, we’re producing just 100 total units, and this release will not be reproduced.
Pre-orders are available now, with pick-ups running from February 7–14. We roast these coffees as close to Valentine’s Day as possible to ensure maximum freshness.

Colombia "Reforest Project"
Variety: Caturra
Process: Honey
Altitude: 1800m
Tasting notes: Brown sugar, caramel, lemon, raspberry
Colombia "Edwin Noreña"
Variety: Caturra
Process: Honey process, double fermented with added cherry must and dehydrated peach
Altitude: 1650m
Tasting notes: Peach, jasmine, black tea, grapefruit
Costa Rica (Don Senel Micromill)
Info: Senel founded Don Senel Micromill in 2014 and focuses heavily on quality-driven microlot production, closely tracking fermentation variables like Brix and pH. This lot showcases the potential of the lesser-known T5296 varietal, particularly in high-altitude Costa Rican environments.
