This lot comes from Finca Los Dos Socios, a 150-acre farm owned and operated by Concepción Villatoro Matías. Since purchasing the land in 1990, he has cultivated Caturra, Pache, and Pacamara, with a vision to grow his farm and continue producing high-quality coffee.
This particular lot is 100% Caturra, a variety known for its red fruit character, which pairs beautifully with the signature profile of Huehuetenango. Red grape, toasted nuts, and chocolate—this is a classic Guatemalan cup, elevated.
