The NO.1 Espresso is one of three core espresso blends we offer yearly. It was devised by ACE to emulate the Italian Tradition of Espresso here in Canada. It's balanced in sweetness, acidity, and bitterness and is excellent as both an espresso or in a milk beverage.
We utilize coffees from Central America and Africa to balance acidity and bitterness with a goal of producing a delicious espresso with a heavy mouthfeel backed by chocolate, tropical nut notes, and wonderful liquorice, anise aromas.
The NO.9 is one of two core filter blends that have been prepared for those looking for a very approachable filter coffee at a medium roast. It is designed to feature little-to-no acidity with lots of sweet nutty and chocolate flavours. It will be sure to please anyone looking for a coffee with familiar and approachable flavours but without much of the flavour from the roasting process following through.
We utilize coffees from Latin America and Africa that are from growing regions known for producing low-acidic coffee. The end goal for the NO.9 is to provide an experience of exceptional sweetness and unknown complexity found in flavours such as milk chocolate, hazelnut, and varied tropical nuts such as walnut and macadamia.
The NO.3 Espresso is one of three core espresso blends we offer yearly. It was devised by ACE to emulate Southern Italian Espresso Trends that offers a full and rich flavour that is more bitter than sweet. It has excellent body that stretches itself when added to hot water for an Americano. It also has a lot of bitterness and sweetness that overtakes milk-based beverages.
We utilize washed coffees from Latin America with coffees from Asia to maximize this coffees mouthfeel and flavour. Our goal with NO.3 is to produce a delicious espresso that is thick, luxurious, and heavy with chocolate, caramel, and molasses that no milk drink will be the same without it.

We utilize washed and natural processed coffees from Latin American and Africa to focus on acidity and sugary flavours with our goal of producing a delicious espresso with peach-like acidity backed by chocolatey undertones that retains a mouthfeel reminiscent of Italian Tradition.
