If you have an espresso Machine then order a subscription for ACE Espresso Coffee If you prepare coffee with a Chemex- Clever - Moccamaster- or any other Filter Coffee Device - then select ACE FILTER COFFEES

<1.5 cup per day . 1-340 g every two weeks
 >2 cups per day -1 340 g every week
> 3 cups per day - 2 340 g every week
- Cups assumed to be 8 ounces (236ml)
- 1 cups estimated 14g per cup consumption.

At ACE we roast coffee daily . As part of the ACE transparency you may find the roast date marks on the bottom of our high quality ACE gusseted bags.

According to the SCA Standards we suggest 60 grams of coffee per 1 liter of Water. Based on our 340 g pricing (1 Kg pricing is less expensive at 67 cents per cup) your cost per cup of high quality ACE coffee at 8 ounces cup ( 236 ml) is 94 cents. Enjoy great coffee in the comfort of your home. 

All residential orders are prepared for courier pickup daily during the weekdays between 8:00 am and 2:00 pm. MST The estimated transit time is one (1) business day for Purolator and Canada Post. This is dependent upon where you live. Please allow up to 48-hours for your order to ship out during the weekdays. ACE Coffee Roasters does not ship on holidays or weekends. At the ACE West Ritchie ( HQ) location you may pick up your subscription order during regular operating hours between Monday to Friday.

We offer local pickup in Edmonton Monday to Friday at our 10055 80th Avenue location. Please approach the ACE customer service attendant provided the following :
1) You received an email stating that your order is ready for pickup.
2) You are able to provide an order number.
3) You pick up between 08:00 MST and 16:00 MST. ACE Coffee Roasters may ask you to come back at a different time if one of those conditions are not met.

The term “ recurring subscription “ refers to an ongoing coffee delivery program set on the frequency you select at the time you check out your subscription order . 

What gift subscription refers to is a coffee subscription that is offered to a friend or family member - simply fill in your gift recipient’s shipping details at the subscription check out stage. The gift subscription has a minimum duration of 3 month and can be selected with whatever frequency and amount that you wish to give the recipient . We recommend that you find out the gift recipients coffee consumption

We will always accept a return or exchange, whichever is preferable to the customer if there is a case of mistakes( non conformance) as follows:
1. Customer receiving the wrong grind size
2. Customer receiving a different item than what their order prescribes
3. The batches of coffee that make up the blend are not consistent and/or of the same quality.
4.  Debris, dust, and other non-coffee matter inside the bag.
5.  Receiving the wrong size of filters.
6. Coffee at the time of purchase was over twenty-one (21) days or older from the roast date.

If you require an exchange or return on your purchase, please email orders@acecoffeeroasters.com and someone will respond ASAP with further direction.

However, generally Coffee is non-refundable. Special cases will be made only if there is a case of non-conformance. If you require more information on what that constitutes, please see our main FAQ page. Any extra shipping costs will be invoiced and billed back to the customer. There is also a 5% processing fee that will be held back if a refund is the chosen route.
